Shake your thing at DAN'S, London's newest dance studio

Love London

London's first Latin American dance-fitness studion has opened its doors near Oxford Circus, bringing with it a fresh new approach to fitness that's sure to leave you buzzing.

DAN'S is a new pay-to-dance studio located on Cavendish Place and founder Daniel Bermeo is aiming to make dancing more accessible, modern and fun by fusing feel-good fitness with Latin American dance.

The studio consists of three vibrant workout spaces; Studio Celia was inspired by legendary Cuban singer Celia Cruz; Frida Studio celebrates the formidable creativity of Frida Kahlo, while Studio Carmen is filled
with the dazzling colours of ‘Brazilian Bombshell’ Carmen Miranda.

Led by professional dance instructors from around the world, DAN’S offers three class categories suitable for everyone, regardless of experience:

• DAN’S Fitness - combines Latin dance moves with resistance band and dumbbell training for a cardio workout. Charged by one of four different Latin styles, you feed the energy of dance into an uplifting and
strengthening workout.

•DAN’S Technique - allows people of all skill levels to improve their dance technique, and helps push what you can do on the dance floor like never before.

•DAN’S Soul - combines meditative breathing with controlled dance
movement to de-stress and reenergise. These classes are focused on harnessing dance’s power to change how you feel for the better.

Off the dance floor, DAN’Sers can reenergise at DAN’S Rhythm Bar, serving an innovative menu of fresh plant-based juices, smoothies, teas and over 20 superfood, herb, and protein shots.

DAN’S is open seven days a week at 5 Cavendish Place, London, W1G 0QA. Group classes are £23 each and can be booked at www.dans.co.uk
