For 30 years, The Private Clinic of Harley Street has excelled in non-invasive cosmetic procedures providing an effective alternative to undergoing major surgery. Every year, The Private Clinic’s innovative non-invasive treatments help thousands of men and women like you to change their bodies & boost their confidence, often transforming their lives in the process. Many of the treatments available today in UK – including Vaser Liposuction, EVLA for varicose veins, FUE for hair transplant or Microlipo – were pioneered by doctors working at The Private Clinic.

Many of us have things we’d like to change about our appearance but what stops the majority of people taking the plunge is the fear of major surgery and everything surrounding it, general anaesthesia, pain and long recovery times. The good news is that you can now get the results you’ve been longing for without undergoing major surgery.

The advantages of non-invasive treatment:
No need for the general anaesthetic -Safe, pain-free procedures -Great results with no scarring -Faster recovery – much less time away from work or sport -Experienced surgeons -More affordable than traditional surgeries

My partner had an operation at The Private Clinic in Fitzroy Square.

We were invited by this clinic to share our experience on google reviews. We unfortunately found care at The Private Clinic horrendous and unsafe.

We cannot suggest The Private Clinic to anyone and highly recommend members of the public to stay away and avoid this place.

The Private Clinic claims the facility at Fitzroy Square to be a two bedroom hospital. The two inpatient rooms of this hospital are in the basement of an old Georgian building with no direct lights and no functioning windows. Neither of these rooms are en-suite and to our surprise they share a bathroom. Of course overnight there is no cleaning in between usages and there are many opportunities of cross contaminations.

The patient's food could not be any worse. The dinner my partner had was a microwaved frozen dinner which was not even adequately deforested with bits of ice still floating in it. The soup had to be reheated

I had a wart removed (with cauterisation) by a surgeon at the private clinic on Harley street recently in 2013. Great team, service and treatment. Can't complain. I felt I was in capable and experienced hands the whole time and it's reassuring to know there's aftercare as well if I need it. It was a quick, almost painless procedure and I was able to go back to work immediately. Great stuff.

I've had a course of 3 N-Lite treatment for my acne and I want to say what a brilliant experience it has been. Not only has the treatment really helped with my facial acne, the staff were kind and professional and you can tell the therapists really know their stuff. Now I have 1-2 top up N-Lite treatments a year to keep the acne at bay, and would recommend the treatment and Clinic to everyone, in fact I have already to some of my friends with the same problems.

I have had the dermaroller treatment on my face and I have not had a good experience with this clinic, in my initial meeting I was told I should go for the dermaroller but decided to go home and think about it, I decided to book a treatment and then was called back and harassed into buying the products they sell to go with it (which can be brought way cheaper online.) My results are terrible, I can see no improvement even though I was informed that after two treatments I should see results. Plus it's painful and expensive. Nurses are quite rude and deal with two patients at once.

Hi Laura,

We appreciate your feedback very much. Did you try to contact your clinic, or the management team after your experience?

If you'd like to provide us with some additional information regarding your treatment, we'd want to look into this further.

Would you mind contacting us on [email protected] to discuss this?

Kind Regards,
Dina

Got my fillers and fat transfer done at The Private Clinic. I've been going for my botox and fillers for a couple of years now, and I've never had a bad thought about them. Their staff are fantastic, as are their services and facilities.

Had Vaser Hi-def at The Private Clinic and cannot speak highly enough of their standards. The team are fantastic and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. Follow up was just as good - always good to see how much they care about patients. Thanks to everyone at The Private Clinic.

I've recently been to the private clinic to for a laser treatment other than hair removal and was deeply disappointed with their level of service. Their website shows the availability of the latest and best treatments for various problems and they use one of the best lasers currently in the market place. The price is also slightly higher than other practices BUT I wasn't too worried as I was expecting excellent service (I'm a sucker for quality!).

On the day of my free consultation, the receptionist was on the phone when I arrived. Despite the presence of 3 more people in the reception, I was left to wait for 10 minutes (and standing!). I was extremely disappointed that all these 3 people had the "it's not my job" attitude! Despite arriving 15 minutes before my appointment, I wasn't seen until 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment (yes, I clocked it!). The consultation itself was carried out by a patronizing "advisor" that hardly listened to what I had to say.

Despite the initial negative first impression, I returned for a treatment. But once again, the service level proved to be substandard. If the receptionist is on the phone, you can forget being attended to. The concept of customer service seems to be completely alien to this practice.

Have your say
