Went to apply for a mortgage. They are not prepared to respond to customers in a timely manner. First meeting available was 1 and a half weeks out, second meeting to follow up with some additional information was 2 weeks later. Another mortgage provider was able to advance the entire process within 2 days without the additional info that stalled us here. Might be fine for a current account, but don't try anything advanced here!
