Italian Festival

Italian style and flavour will be the order of the day for diners at Citrus restaurant, at The Park Lane Hotel, Piccadilly, as of the 24 October 2005.

The hotel is launching an Italian Festival to highlight the best of Italian cuisine to hotel guests, Londoners and travellers alike, for one month.

James Foglieni, Chef at the Doney Restaurant at the Westin Excelsior, Rome, will be working with his London colleagues to share his culinary secrets to make mouth-watering sauces, perfect pastas and delectable breads and puddings.
