Lick Poverty in Style Fashion & Music Event

Kaiz Boutique and Gusto Ents have joined forces with ActionAid’s “Lick Child Poverty” campaign to bring you a special night filled with glamour, generosity and entertainment. This important event has been organised to raise funds to help ActionAid fight against the causes of global poverty and will be held on Wednesday 9th November from 7pm at Tantra - 62 Kingly Street London W1.

The festivities will kick-start with a cocktail reception served with delicious canapés. We will then put on a spectacular fashion show with a difference. Mixing catwalk glamour with beats from the worlds of rock, pop, R&B and soul – a few lucky designers will create special collections for selected artists and personalities inspired by their personal styles.

We have some wonderful acts lined up including Raghav, Javine & Kevin Mark Trail and a host of celebrity models including Melinda Messenger, Kemal (BB6), Footballers Wives & Hollyoaks cast members. This is your chance to be part of a TV extravaganza as this event will be filmed by Channel 4 for “Big Brother – What Happened Next”. Launched in 2001 ActionAid’s campaign has strived to bring an end to the poverty, politics and conflict that deny children basic rights all over the world. The vast majority of children end up sacrificing their childhood, forced to suffer unnecessarily through famine, disease, trafficking, HIV/AIDS, lack of water and lack of education.
